For most projects, our discounts follow total project value: a larger job takes less time per piece, and you see that in the price. On Everyday Art Prints it follows the number of prints per design, for the same reason. For creative businesses, it follows annual and lifetime spend, because years of working together build a shorthand that makes each new project more cost effective. Students are the exception. There's no volume behind their rate - we cover the difference ourselves, as an investment in our future creatives.
Ways to save
The right discount depends on who you are and what you're making. Pick the one that fits - most are applied automatically or set up once on your account.
Online Account
Signed-in account holders get 10% off every online order, applied automatically at checkout.
Large Projects
Bigger framing and print jobs earn an automatic volume discount - 10% from $2,000, 15% from $4,000 and 20% from $8,000 per order.
Based on the order total. Where it beats your account or trade rate, we apply whichever saves you more.
Everyday Art Prints
Order more of one design and each print gets cheaper - 10% off from 5, 15% from 10, 20% from 25 and 25% from 50.
Counted per design, not per order. This one sets the print price, so your account or trade rate still applies on top.
Trade Membership
Ongoing account pricing for artists, photographers, studios, resellers and galleries - tiered discounts up to 25% across online orders, studio quotes and rush fees.
Students
Save 20% on fine art printing for assessment-specific projects.

Who's eligible
Trade membership is open to established creative businesses - artists, photographers, studios, designers, resellers and galleries. To register you'll need to meet three criteria:
You run a registered business with an ABN
You have an active website and social media presence
You intend to spend over $2,000 a year on printing services

Sign in to your Lucent account (or create one), then complete the trade registration with your business details and ABN. You'll start on Bronze immediately - and if you already have order history with us, it counts towards your starting tier.
