Every project is different, so the times below are a guide rather than a promise. We confirm a firm completion date with you when your quote is approved.
Indicative timeframes
Printing
2-4 working days
Fine art and photo prints from approved, print-ready files. Add time for hand-finishing such as torn edges or mounting.
Framing
2-3 weeks
Custom framing timing depends on moulding availability and glazing. Ready-made sizes are faster - we'll confirm on your quote.
Restoration & Retouching
1-3 weeks
Digital restoration, retouching and colourisation are quoted per project after we assess the original and the work required.
Digitisation & Scanning
1-2 weeks
Archival scanning of photos, film, artwork and documents. Large collections are scheduled and quoted by volume.
Shipping & delivery
Turnaround times above cover production only - allow additional time in transit once your order is dispatched. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 working days depending on your location, and our shipping prices already include protective packaging. For time-critical work, let us know your deadline up front so we can plan production and dispatch around it.
