How your print size is worked out
Print size is your file’s pixel dimensions divided by the output resolution you set - nothing else.
Any DPI saved inside the file is ignored. A file exported at 240 DPI and one exported at 72 DPI print identically if their pixel dimensions match.
The output resolution starts at 300 DPI for the whole batch, and you can override it on any individual file.
We print your files as supplied - no cropping, no colour correction, no resampling.
